Compassionate, Evidence-Based Therapy for Children, Adolescents, and Adults
Helping Individuals and Families Navigate Anxiety, OCD, and Life’s Challenges
Taking the first step toward therapy can feel overwhelming. Whether you are seeking support for yourself or your child, finding the right therapist can make an important difference.
At Mass Counseling Services, I provide compassionate, individualized therapy for children, adolescents, and adults experiencing anxiety, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), depression, ADHD, grief, and other emotional challenges. My goal is to create a safe, supportive environment where clients feel understood, empowered, and equipped with the tools needed to create meaningful change.
I specialize in evidence-based treatments, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). These approaches help clients better understand the connection between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while developing practical skills to manage symptoms and improve daily functioning.
Specialized Support for Children and Families
As a parent myself, I understand how difficult it can be to watch your child struggle emotionally or behaviorally. My clinical background includes extensive experience working with children and adolescents, including my work at The New England Center for Children, where I provided behavioral and educational support for children with autism and developmental disabilities.
I have dedicated my career to helping children and families improve communication, strengthen relationships, and develop skills that promote success at home, school, and within their communities.
Treatment Tailored to Each Individual
Therapy is not one-size-fits-all. Every client brings their own experiences, strengths, and goals into treatment. I work collaboratively with clients and families to develop individualized treatment plans that address their specific needs.
Treatment may focus on:
Anxiety and panic symptoms
Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD)
Depression and mood concerns
ADHD and executive functioning challenges
Emotional regulation
Grief and life transitions
Parenting support
Social skills and confidence building
A Safe Place to Grow and Heal
Therapy provides an opportunity to better understand yourself, develop healthier coping strategies, and move toward the life you want to create. My approach combines warmth, compassion, and evidence-based interventions to help clients build confidence and lasting skills.
I believe every individual deserves the opportunity to feel understood, supported, and capable of change.
